(Since you are not connected, you will not be charged for
the initial call.) Our Customer Service Representatives
will call your phone within a minute during business hours.

via toll free customer service numbers. The toll free phone
support is available from 8am to 11:59pm Pacific Standard
Time (PST) Monday thru Friday; from 2pm to 11:59pm PST Saturday
and Sunday. Filling out the webform above will be the fastest
way to get some help to you because our online customer
service personals may also be available afterhours.

EXCHANGE
A PHONE CARD
To
expedite the processing of an exchange request, please
e-mail service@1stphonecard.com with the following information:
- Old
pin number
- A
written promise not to use the old pin number anymore
- Name
of the new phone card you wish to exchange for
- A
written statement to charge the difference, if any, to
your credit card
- Reason
why you want to exchange your phone card

us an e-mail from your EXISTING e-mail address to service@1stphonecard.com
with the following information:

name
- Billing
address
- New
e-mail address (please double check to make sure there
