To expedite the processing of an exchange request, please e-mail with the following information:

  2. A written promise not to use the old pin number anymore
  3. Name of the new phone card you wish to exchange for
  4. A written statement to charge the difference, if any, to your credit card
  5. Reason why you want to exchange your phone card
