1. Is there an easier way to use my phone cards?

To save you time and effort, we recommend our customer to take advantage of the speed dial features of your telephone. By saving the toll free access number, pin number, and your destination numbers into the speed dials key of your phone, you can create “one touch” access by simply hitting a few buttons. By setting your speed dial in this manner, you can avoid entering one of these numbers incorrectly, which could result in a length redial or even lost minutes to a wrong number. In addition, you do not have to worry about memorizing your the pin numbers.

2. What should I do if I hear a long silence?

On occasion, this happens when the system is very busy routing calls. Wait no more than 45 seconds if there is silence after you dial the destination number. If you wait more than 45 seconds, we may not be able to refund your lost minute.

3. What if get a busy signal?

When there is a high volume of calls (such as during holidays), there is the possibility of a busy signal. You may want to try your call at a different time.

4. What if I my pin number is rejected as invalid?
