When there is a high volume of calls during the Chinese New Year, there is the possibility of a busy signal. You may want to try your call at a different time, dial a different local access number, or you can dial a toll free access number. From the app, go to settings and select "USA Toll Free". By using toll free access number, you are charged a slightly higher rate because your phone call is routed using the least busy line. Thus, you have slightly fewer minutes but usually have less busy signals.
